For the past thirty years, I have been committed to helping people reach their full potential in life. My career began as a social worker, where I introduced clients to healthier behaviors and attitudes that facilitated personal growth. Then, as a training consultant, I developed and conducted workshops that empowered individuals in their personal and professional lives. Now, as a Life Coach I’m inspiring and motivating women to live a life filled with purpose and passion.
As a life coach, I feel passionate about what I do because I’ve seen the benefits in my own life. I identified behaviors and attitudes that were holding me back from reaching my full potential. This process enabled me to gain the confidence and inspiration to establish Path Seekers. The concepts behind Life Coaching truly work!
My life is so fulfilling now that I am aligned with my life’s purpose of helping women blossom into who they were created to be. I truly look forward to guiding you onto a path of personal fulfillment.

Melinda is a Certified Deep Coaching Practitioner. She trained in this specialized field of coaching at the Deep Coaching Institute. This new branch of coaching enables individuals to transform their lives as they learn to connect to their authentic nature. She holds a B.S.W. in Social Work and a M.S. in Human Resource Management from Widener University with a specialization in Training and Development.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to listening to people’s inner experiences of life and to creating a safe environment in which they can share their hopes, fears and dreams. Although both my personal and work lives have spanned a wide variety of external experiences, this single thread is woven through all of them: a fascination with our inner life.
As your coach, I’ll walk your path along side you. A second pair of eyes and ears can bring a fresh perspective to long established ways of thinking and doing. The fresh perspective can lead to fresh discoveries and insights. Doors can open to a whole new way of being.

A difficult childhood fostered within me deep seated empathy and a capacity to hold a non-judgmental open space for others. An adult life full of change has given me ample experience with transitions and the opportunities and challenges they bring.

I am a Certified Deep Coaching Practitioner. I trained in this specialized field of coaching at the Deep Coaching Institute. This new branch of coaching enables individuals to transform their lives as they learn to connect to their authentic nature.
I also have a BS in Political Science with a minor in Russian and a MS in Computer Science. Prior to coaching, I had the whole Silicon Valley experience—I joined a start up, we went public, we got bought, the lot of us got off-shored, after which I became a software consultant. Earlier still, I negotiated contracts and grants at Purdue University.

As a counselor and trainer for over thirty years, I embrace the philosophy; we are not broken people who need to be “fixed.” We are whole and need to remember. This belief led me to found the Moriah Center in 1990. The mission of the center is to serve as a resource for the mind, body and spirit.
To support this mission, I have partnered with Path Seekers Life Coaching to serve as a hypnosis coach along with providing other forms of counseling, stress and pain management, and peak performance services. It is my privilege to be able to introduce women to different modalities that will support their well- being.
I hold my doctorate in Human Behavior and have nineteen years post doctoral studies in counseling, clinical hypnotism, energy psychology, and biofeedback. I am certified in fourteen specialty areas in advanced hypnotic techniques, stress management, energy psychology, biofeedback, and peak performance coaching. In 2001, I was honored with nomination into the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. This is an elite worldwide community of counselors and therapist originating and based in London, UK
As a certified hypnosis counselor, I utilize the 5 Path process to support people in the following areas:

To be of help with the relief of physical and emotional pain and support through major life challenges has been most gratifying and humbling for me. At the heart of my work is the Moriah Path.
