Coaches Melinda and Dee create a safe environment where poignant questions are posed to help you unlock your true potential. Personality assessments and self exploration exercises are used to assist in this process.
The coaching experience is tailored to meet your particular needs. Together, you and Coach Melinda or Dee will design a plan of action to achieve your goals and live the life of your dreams.
How Life Coaching Differs From Therapy
Therapy and Life Coaching differ in significant ways. Therapy focuses on analyzing, resolving, and healing past experiences. Life Coaching, by contrast, focuses on the present, the future and its possibilities. Life Coaching is more results- and action-focused than therapy.
Type of Sessions
Complimentary Session — A complimentary 30 minute session is available by phone with Coach Dee and by phone or face to face with Coach Melinda. This will help you determine whether coaching is for you, as well as whether there is a good fit between you and the coach. Once you decide that you would like to enroll, we will send you a Path Seekers packet. This packet contains all of the essential information that the coach needs to gain a better understanding of your coaching needs.
Foundation Session — During this 60 minute session, all of the packet information will be reviewed. This can take place either by phone or in person. During this session, the coach will explore your vision, strengths, goals, values and challenges. Together, we will then begin the process of identifying the necessary steps that need to be taken in order for you to reach your desired goals.
Regularly Scheduled Coaching Session — Each session is held for 60 minutes. Depending on your needs, this can be a tele-session or a face to face session. In order to maximize coaching results, 12 sessions are recommended. However, we do accept clients who only want to commit to a session by session approach.
Group Coaching- Each session is held for 60 minutes in a group environment. Specific coaching topics are preselected and addressed over a four week span. These sessions can be held face to face or in a webinar format.
