About the Life Coach
Melinda P. Neisser
is the founder of Path Seekers Life Coaching. For the past thirty years, she has been inspiring individuals to reach their full potential, and to enhance the quality of their lives. Melinda began her career as a social worker, where she strived to assist clients in seeking a better understanding of their behaviors and themselves.
The next step in her career led Melinda to enter the area of training and development, where she designed and conducted an array of workshops that empowered individuals in their personal and professional lives. Building upon her training, expertise and experiences, Melinda has now added personal life coaching to her repertoire of skills.
As a coach, Melinda “walks the talk”. She has done the “inside out work” associated with life coaching. In her own life, Melinda has identified “negative tapes” and old habits that were preventing her from fully living her life. Engaging in this process has enabled her to gain the courage to follow her dream of establishing a life coaching business exclusively for women. She is living proof that the concepts behind life coaching truly work!
Melinda holds a B.S.W. in Social Work and a M. S. in Human Resource Management from Widener
University with a specialization in Training and Development. She attended the
Institute for Life Coach Training which exclusively trains therapists,
social
workers, and human resource professionals to become life coaches.
