Life Satisfaction Assessment
The Life Satisfaction Assessment is an assessment tool created by Coach Melinda to prompt women to examine how satisfied they are with their current lives. To assist women in this process, questions are posed in six different categories of life. By answering these questions, women can determine what areas in their lives are out of balance and what type of actions they should take to realign their lives.

Wheel of Life
The Wheel of Life is an assessment tool used in coaching to help women create a visual representation of how satisfied they are with their lives. Women are asked to rank their satisfaction in eight specific categories on a scale of 0-10. These results will enable women to determine how balanced their lives are and what actions, if any, they need to take to live a more harmonious existence.

Riso-Hudson Enneagram
The Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator Personality Test (RHETI) is a personality assessment tool that is comprised of 36 questions that, when answered, will help women gain an understanding of their true personality type. There are nine dramatically different personality types. Each one of these types has specific patterns of thoughts, motivators, behaviors and unique strengths. The use of the RHETI as a personality assessment tool can assist you in identifying your personality type and help you to gain a deeper insight into yourself enabling you to live a more enriched life.
